LIVING A MEANINGFUL LIFE
I decided to become a Therapist following many years working as a Coach with individuals in prisons, in the community with ex-offenders, refugees, the homeless and long term unemployed. The stories I heard became a story about isolation, living in a state of crisis and chaos, abuse, trauma and the difficulties they encountered in trying to make their lives more stable and secure. As a result a lot of my work focuses on issues resulting from sexual, physical and emotional abuse, trauma, anxiety, attachment and relational difficulties.
