I work holistically and is informed by various 'talking therapies' including,Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Narrative, Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural, Existential, Attachment theory and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. However, not everyone can connect with and express their feelings and emotions with words right away. On those occasions I use a range of creative options to help.
We can discuss the length of time you would feel comfortable committing to counselling / coaching , and build our work around an agreed number of sessions which can be reviewed at any time. I offer long-term face-to-face work, short-term face-to-face work, and time-limited.
